2016 North American Heartland Owners Rally – Las Vegas
We use a 3rd party registration system called RegOnline to register attendees for the North American Heartland Owners Rally.
One feature of RegOnline is an automatically managed Waitlist process. When a registration attempt is made after the event is sold-out, the registrant is given an opportunity to add their name to the Waitlist.
Once on the list, the system manages the process. As soon as a cancellation is made, the first person at the top of the Waitlist is emailed a Registration Invitation. They are given 48 hours to register before the next person on the list is notified.
The Registration Waitlist really works!
As of 29-August, there no one on the Las Vegas Rally Waitlist. Everyone who wanted to register for this rally has been able to do so.
